We are back at it! Literally. Our days are jammed packed, we come home and quickly cook dinner before daddy can even turn around and tuck us into bed we are asleep. Bed is before 8pm and mornings are horendous to wake up, but Bridger is thrilled to be back at school, I am excited for how much growth my kids are making (Ben asked me at dinner yesterday, "what was the best moment of your day yesterday at school? My reply, "when I passed out my parent newsletter and asked the kiddos if they wanted me to read it to them or if they wanted to try and read it while taking turns reading each paragraph." Their reply, "Mrs. Parsons we WANT to read it." And that they did! I am so proud of their hard work.)
We have a little climber on our hands. He has figured out how to climb into the crib (not yet out) although he wants nothing to do with the crib at night. We've got ourselves a challenge to transitition him soon to a toddler bed, but I'm not quite up to that challenge until daddy's busy season is over.
The other night I caught my boys reading a story and this little one dancing. Such a sweet moment. Look what arrived on my doorstep yesterday! Another semester of grad school is starting up on Wednesday and I am excited about the courses that I will be taking. When I showed Ben this book he looked at me and said, "you know you could've just borrowed Rose Marie's copy." Daddy has a few stories that he could tell about his childhood and how this book came into play.
Lastly, my dear friend Addie suprised Bridger with a little extra Christmas gift and Tuesday night was filled with Snoopy and his stories. Thank you Aunt Addie!
Have a great weekend!
