22 months and Christmas cookies

Our boy is closer to 2 then 1 and I gotta say I'm not yet ready to be done counting his age in months. 

He is such a toddler. Everyday he is talking more and more. This past weekend I heard Ben say to my mom. "Isn't it amazing that he understands exactly what I am saying." Daddy asked Bridge to go get a book from his room so that they could read it together in the living room. He listened and knew exactly what daddy said and did it. 

I am do proud of his manners both at home and school. The teachers say that he always follows up with, " please, thank you!" 

Some fun things to note:

1. Cutting more teeth 

2. Loves Elmo

3. Loves Nemo and would love to be a fish. He is mesmerized. 

4. Books books books. Good night moon has been in the mixed the last month or so. That red balloon plays a few tricks !

5. Basketball is our life after school. He likes the hoop, " really high".

6. He's a dare devil. Climbing on boxes to reach the top of the "really high " hoop. 

7 loves gma and gpa's Christmas cookies. Who doesn't ? I'm curious to find out which one will be his favorite. My guess ......hmmmmm Santa Claus ! 

I love watching my boy grow!
