Crowns

It's was our special Thanksgiving lunch at school today and the kids have been working their tails off this trimester so what better way then to celebrate that with special crowns and some words of encouragement! I encourage all my students to come to school today in their best attitudes and manners and wear something special if they wanted to. Of course I had a little girl ask me if I would wear a pretty dress and to her i said, "absolutely" another one chimed in and asked "mrs.parsons will you wear high heels....please" so I obliged and the one day out of the year I wore my heels! And I paid the price with sore feet tonight, but it was worth it and our special day was a memory we will not soon forget!
