That's what we have been doing all weekend. Today was by far the best day since we have begun naps in Bridger's crib and nights in the pack&play in our room. We have all slept better and today you can hear the bird's sing!
We had quite a Saturday with Bridger boy finding the stairs while daddy and I were trying to lower his crib so he couldn't climb out of it. The next thing you know blump, blump, blump down a few stairs Bridger went. Thank goodness we have a tough little boy because after a few snuggles and kisses he was back at it trying to climb the stairs. Looks like we are going to have to get a baby gate. SOON
Ben leaves again this week :( it's so tough being a single parent and I have to admit that I have a new found respect for people who do it all day everyday. I wouldn't be able to type this right now if I didn't have a little alone time in the bath tub. This week is his last long trip for a while... as Nemo says, "just keep swimming, just keep swimming." We can do this!
Bridger's birthday is in a few weeks and at lunch yesterday one of the gals ask me how old he was and of course the next thing I knew I was tearing up thinking about how he is going to turn 1 soon. I can't quite bring myself to blog about that just yet. I am enjoying every minute with my baby before he turns one.
