One month old TODAY!!!

Bridger is one month old today and it is hard to imagine what life was like without him here. Ben and I are truly blessed to have such a wonderful baby. Here is a list of highlights throughout month 1.

- i just put the last "newborn" diaper on him this morning :(
- i started to pull out "newborn" clothes that don't fit him anymore. we are now onto 0-3 month clothes for the length. the boy is long.
- has extremely loud farts
- had his first blow out diaper at last Friday's fish fry at Grandma and Grandpa Parsons
- loves to eat
-sleeps about 3-4 hours at night
-starting to smile when I blow on his fingers (that started this morning while I was changing him)
-loves to grunt while working out #2, it can be very loud
-very alert and loves to look at the lights in the house and Ben and my engagement picture hanging in the living room
- he has very distinct cries for hunger, sleep, diaper change
- the "shark attack" when he is very hungry.
- can drink out of bottle and breast
- doesn't like the pacifier, we have to force it sometimes
- loves bath time (the ducky washcloth is a lifesaver)
- can lift his head and turn it to each side
- makes lots of cuing sounds (very cute after he sneezes)
- smiles when dad kisses him loves the mustache or beard
- loves story time at night. We have read "The Giving Tree" and last night we read "The Easter Egg" by Jane Brett.
- sleeps in his swing, pack and play and co-sleeps. we have not started his crib yet. Not sure I am ready for that yet.
- eats every 2-3 hours
-can fall asleep in the car very quickly
-has had a few play dates with his cousins, and Olivia
- still has very blue eyes
-"inny" belly button
- very good sport at letting mom and dad have a very date dinners. Sushi, cheesecake factory, Mexican a few times. All and all loves to be out and about looking a things.

Here are a few pictures from this past week. Enjoy.
